Interview with Jim Hirshfield, author of Fortune and Freedom

Jim Hirshfield, a successful businessman for over thirty years, stands on a base of experience. In 1973 he founded Summit Communications, Inc., a company that employs 130 people, came to cable. It 'was the CEO of twenty-six years to reach the burgeoning who built and sold. Today, Jim writes, consults, speaks, sails, and generally has a great life. He divides his time between his home in Washington State and Hawaii.

Tyler: Welcome, Jim. I congratulate myspeak today on his book "Happiness and new freedom." To begin, I realized she is an entrepreneur very long? Why did you become an entrepreneur to start?

Jim: It 's always been an option for me. I mean, I never felt the need to have someone else tell me what would be my life. I call this "disintermediating you." Think of a bank as a financial intermediary, in some deposits from people and money to lend to others. Alsoif you work for someone else this person is acting as an intermediary, for your work, you pay and then sell the fruits of your work for others. That is, get to mark "to" your work. As an entrepreneur, there are intermediaries, that is to rid itself disintermediation. I have always understood this dynamic and destined to become entrepreneurs, but a third more for me with my work I thought I could pay to do it on my own.

Tyler: Did you find frightening, just yourCompanies rely on you and instead of a paycheck by the employer, and how did you overcome this fear?

Jim: In my thirties, I worked as a senior official at a major bank has been, recently sold my first company. My wife has noticed how good it feels to have the confidence to work for a large corporation. My reaction was different. I felt much less safe if I had my own business. Large organizations have a culture and political structure that onlymanagers can influence. In the end, proved much more difficult than doing the right thing for large companies than it was for my own small business. So in answer to your question, I think I never had to overcome this fear. I had many sleepless nights worrying about the problems my company, so maybe that's where I experienced a little 'fear of being an entrepreneur. My approach to this fear was to work harder than ever, a good decision before making a greatEdition.

Tyler: What have you found to be the most difficult challenge of being an entrepreneur?

Jim: In the beginning, so that all employees pay day. This is implicit in the "employer business" in the book discusses the fact that by honoring your employees work until the bottom of the affair. The most important of them fail without pay.

Tyler: You pay to incorporate?

Jim: Pay now, after you are satisfiedPact that came with the employees. If it is not enough money, you do not pay!

Tyler: What are the differences in entrepreneurship for people who are self-employed only for himself, as opposed to those who want to build companies with many employees?

Jim: Your question raises an important issue. If you are selling your work, and seeks the opportunity, all this to give to your employer, which is disintermediating to maintain, you are not creatingValue beyond the money that you make every day. If you're a big movie star, this is a good approach, as you probably paid a lot of money. For most of us, but such an approach brings greater danger that creating a single economic unit with other employees. The danger lies in both what happens to your family and plan your life if you are busy, and the increasing difficulties that Have value added over time.

Of course, many people go this route, and have a good life. I wouldsuggest, however, that the risk of failure as the inability to run the project life is to follow this road down below. This is just one risk factor, of course. Comedian David Frye said in the level of unemployment is only important if you are not a job.

Tyler: What do you feel the greatest reward of being an entrepreneur?

Jim: freedom. Yes, you have customers, employees, banks and others who have an interest in your company. As an entrepreneur, you can reactThese are actors in a way that fits both you and them, and gives you more freedom in business and in life, how can you work for someone else.

Tyler: Jim, what made you decide to "Fortune and Freedom" to write?

Jim: an answer to fun. For decades, the calls I was told by friends, children of friends, friends of our children and grandchildren of friends lately. These calls have been something like: "Can I have your lunch and run a businessIdea from you? "Thinking of all these visits, it seemed that the problem has been discussed, my answer always presents a small selection of things to observe. So I asked:" And if I write these things, this "key to success' in a book? Then, when someone on my brain would he or she read my book before they came together to ask, called Pick. You know, I did this with a draft of my book a year ago, referring to a grandson, then sent me a beautiful letter, we are not toldneeded to get together, and he and his wife were planning a significant restructuring of their lives. The book works!

Tyler: Jim, there are many books out there, how to make a million dollars, as your duty, and so you start to follow your dreams. What "is a godsend and freedom" was among those from other books?

Jim: This book is not about how to make a million dollars. It's like having a good life and enjoy the freedom that can come with being an entrepreneur. Certainly,You should make money, but this is not the first goal here.

Tyler: The preface of the book, William Sahlman, Dean of Harvard Business School, said: "This book is perfect for the entrepreneur as a person, but the company's subscription business." He wants to explain what you mean?

Jim Dean Sahlman has a wonderfully acute sense of what works in business, and the ability to communicate its message succinctly.

Most books on economicEntrepreneurship deal with specific aspects of running a business. If you wonder why you failed your marriage, you must go in a different section of the library. Fortune & Freedom "is written on the assumption that you can not separate the commercial aspects of your life from the rest of life. It 'important to be successful with your business risk, and it is also important to other parts of your life successful.

A company needs more time than you. Somake participation possible in your marriage, raising children, community service, and so on. How is this test your a scarce resource, time, the core of "Fortune & Freedom". This value is based is the key to success, the book presents.

Tyler: Jim, give us an indication of the possibilities of this kind of balance between work and family can be found?

Jim: My approach is to decide, it is important to achieve this balance, and then scheduletirelessly to find time for each of you strive to be the most important. Time is the scarce resource, and time is what everybody wants, if successful, requires. Do not let others decide how you use your time.

Tyler: I understand the examples in the book of his career give us an example?

Jim: This story begins the chapter on the importance of developing leadership skills:

I go with a group of old men, if one of the boys peeledout and went a way. Nobody followed him. We did not meet again until noon, when we are waiting for him at the place agreed meeting found. "Why do not people follow me?" he said. For a moment there was silence. Then, another old boys, "You can not bring a leader."

The chapter then goes into the importance of leadership development, and some ways to do it.

Tyler: Do you think it is more difficult than today, when he founded SummitCommunications to become an entrepreneur?

Jim: When I was in my twenties, I remember discussing successful business with my friends. Many of the comments were along the lines of "well, it would be lucky to have been around when things easier." That is, if people look back on the success of the road is more visible if you look more into the unknown. In response to your question, no, I do not think it is difficult to become a successful entrepreneur today. TheWorld has changed, opportunities are different, but the ability to succeed again, it is. And the key to success is always the same. So I "wrote Fortune and Freedom: Key to success of the entrepreneur."

Tyler: What do you think the biggest difference today is for entrepreneurs, compared to decades ago?

Jim: Here are three. Of course, the possibilities are different. With the globalization of many markets are much bigger than we ever thought they could. And 'technical tools available to entrepreneurs, such as computers and blackberries are much better.

Tyler: Jim, what would you say most important learning experience for her was on the road to becoming an entrepreneur?

Jim: I thought to be the employer, in a class in my MBA program at Harvard Business School. We had to read a business case "to a guy who is a small company, had bought ten years ago. He came to class with a full three-piece with his Phi Beta KappaButton on his shirt and he answered our questions on the case. Even if this guy was probably a lot smarter than me, had made many basic mistakes. Do not be a rocket scientist to see them. Ten years after getting up in his risk was still living hand to mouth, and his prospects were not bright. He was happy, though, because he was an entrepreneur. I felt that I must be a successful entrepreneur. After the match I was more than the title of "entrepreneur".I could have the freedom to be a successful entrepreneur, and with it a financially successful person and life.

Tyler: I assume your readers are people who want to become entrepreneurs. What it means to come off with hope After Reading "Fortune and Freedom"?

Jim: Anyone who reads this book comes away with a different input. It 's like a clinic ski weekend, where they hope to do, to go from zero to expert. Rather, I hope you take away two or threeThe things that really speak to you about the problems they are facing. Then we went on skiing and clinics because people have this book back. As the life, times and places have different problems. Fortune and Freedom "offers to help on the road, a light in what sometimes seems to be a place of darkness. In essence, the reader should come away with one or two approaches to major issues are confused in their particular stageLife.

FRYE Women’s Jane 14 Stitch Boot Review

I got these boots and have been wearing them just about every weekend non-stop for months now. Lots of compliments.

They look great with skirts or over skinny jeans. Perfect for a girls’ night out, comfortable, a little edgy but still dressy. I’ve worn them to the park for impromptu picnics and then to an evening out at the local bar.

Pros:
– Beautiful, classic style.
– Sturdy construction, good craftsmanship. Been wearing them for months now and no issues at all.
– Easy to break in.
– Heel is perfect height, not too high, not too low, and very comfortable to walk in.

Cons:
– With the sturdy construction comes a little weight. These are not lightweight boots but no worse than some of my other Frye boots.

I know they’ll last me for years and years to come. Very happy with them.

The poetry of Sri Aurobindo

Spirituality of Sri Aurobindo, ideal scheme is the content of truth of a poem: the poet writes with "Godlight 'enlightened' view of humanity" and "God makes everything." He is "the craft of magic stuff himself. / About Working … / workshops in the vast world of wonderful teachers over time the parts of rhythm pattern" Are you all with an intuitive knowledge, with a "mystical sense" regions "certainty enlightened" and seeks to transform, "to enjoy all the experiences."Delight, sign the "God is sweeter and Twin Beauty" is his goal, what he can see through all objects as God's body "and to interpret them with" an authenticity of intuitive truth to Achieve. "He takes his" fiction "from the" spirit of authentic reality "and says" the syllables of the manifesto "to be" identified in the soul and the mind-vision-sense. "In an effort to human words," lift close to God, s " He may do "syllables of the speech of the cosmos'." composes with the "universalSympathy "and works for the realization of the human race through an internal unit devoted man from animal to raise awareness about the glories of 'spiritual existence:

designed the iconic images of work and thought

He seeks the truth to which all the point numbers;

It seeks the light source lamp Vision;

Work at the door are all the works,

The Self within imperceptible Who is the leader,

Although the unknown is above the target.

Thepoet's spiritual quest is to understand the inner force of life that controls language and expresses the soul of man. In Sri Aurobindo's concept of internal discipline of the poem, is his spirit, his insights as well as thoughts and emotions come together in deep dive into the depths of life, the poet expresses not only the earth, but what is hidden and beyond the visible:

This physical phenomenon is not everything;

The form is misleading, the person is a mask;

deep blue man HidPowers reside.

The poet does not waste time trying to "muddy earthiness and raw thrills" or incurable smallness "of" trivial entertainment "or" anger and petty desires and hates, and does not probe the world of action simple way, or you try to turn " Lust in decorative art. "Rather, he seeks the world that currently exists in the imagination the imagination and vision, and efforts to" beyond "the known. Promotes the cause of "the soul in search of lost reality."

InSri Aurobindo's poetry is to literature as a means of spiritual expression that "helps to open the conscience." Spiritual achievements of a poet will be shown a real, dynamic and intimate physical things present. The imaginative activities, said the personal experiences of the poet is carried beyond the personal self and its future private and what is expressed is the truth intuitively experience the universal truths of the human soul. And 'mimesisof human activity that is not so, but as its ideal best. The transformation of the self, the soul and the soul to soul, the more penetrating tone and thrust of the poem. The process provides an understanding of the evolution of the mind in harmony with all things, and the expression of crisis and conflict on the road.

Imagination in its highest form is spiritual and outline patterns and processes of internal development, was "the fundamentalPassion of humanity for something beyond itself, something that is a dark portent of divine impulse, the whole of creation is encouraged to develop themselves and to increase its borders against their divine possibilities. "The poet, Sri Aurobindo, is to feel a seer and revelator of the truth, which addresses internal to the senses, he is fighting for a significant increase of psychological identity with its imaginative and fully opens the inner eye in us, the ' intensityfirst. He seeks to understand the content of his consciousness and running in the creative process that allows the interpretation of perceptual experiences every day, ideas and impressions, imagination. Each poet has a vision powerful and intuitive interpretation of nature and life, and man, says Sri Aurobindo. Transforms the material seen in vision or poetic insight, and his poetic expression, word and rhythm, the shape of his soul spontaneous, innate, inspiredand reveals, with high emotion and intuition and the pull of radiant vitality. He does not want from life, but lives life with the light and strength of spirit to escape. He shows no preference for temporary or casual basis but for eternity, forever, and try to understand the immortal spirit, the infinite consciousness in him. He is looking at the world through him and he must Symphonizer the natural and the divine, internal and external, the limited and the absolute, thepsychological needs and the abundance of peace and eternity.

Vision is the raison d'รชtre of poetry as Sri Aurobindo, poet nuclius thought of creation, other factors such as mood, thought, sound, theme or topic, images, rhythm and language are willing to accept the vision and expand it. A poet is a seer, because he can imagine and interpret external experiences that can have a club, but domestic action, vision and reason together in one. Ideas arefrom within and from above, and the cause of expression in which, as Coleridge in his Biographia Literaria even close. The poet can only write when you write a "true expression of power or of origin" if the spiritual imagination or the power of intuition (which Emerson calls "a very high kind of seeing") is activated when the Keatsian "spark of divinity, "the intelligence that comes from God. Intuitive vision or vision is the creation of the spirit of fantasy. What isShelley's "expression of the imagination" in the poetry of spiritual expression of Sri Aurobindo, which is the expression of the Overmind, a mediator between mind and overcome.

Poetry of Sri Aurobindo is a part of Sadhana ", a means of contact with divine inspiration." The idea is closer to that of Aristotle, who says in his rhetoric, that poetry is something inspired. Is not trivial, as the ideal expression of the interior. The language of self-efficacygives a spiritual character, when you combine the sound and feel and makes the divine unity of the movement rhythmic swells directly to a depth of meaning and power of inspiration without end wellheads by the Spirit in us "if the poet revealed the truth of the mind itself, capturing the impact of poetry where the poet as Vedic Mantra (Mantra) points of view, skip the expression of their personal development and implementation for others, spiritualwithin and beyond the vision effectively with the words, "enlightened and enlightening," is written in the voice of God, sound and silence wending its progression in a poetic vision of the mind to create. mantra affirmation of the quality of the poem, Sri Aurobindo writes:

"His attributes are a language that says more than words show a sense of rhythm, which means more than the language born of the Infinite and disappears into infinity and powertransmit not only a part of their mental, physical or important information or content or values of what is spoken, but its value and figure in some fundamental and primordial consciousness which is behind all. "

The effect mantra in poetry is the most intense mental, is the expression
a state of perfect identity with the object.

On the basis of the same harmony internal structure, suggest that the detection points VKGokak rhythm of reality, the mantra is"If possible close connection between music and meaning, thought and image of the spirit and stimulate the imagination and intuition." And 'intuitive perception of some aspect of reality, words, rhythm, idea, image and attitude caused both his body and when to see. The process culminates in the transformation vision, truth or beauty is revealed. Sri Aurobindo says, "It 's just that it has become the soul, and sees his eyes, feeling, heart and mind of thought, the passiveThe instruments of the soul. "This is the poetry of the soul in action, do not lie in intellectual ideas, but the spiritual eye, which is inherent in its design, thoughts, emotions, presentation, structure and process of creation form. The is subjective, because "the poet creates really out of itself and not by what he sees outside, external objects to stimulate only his inner vision. He turns into an increase of organic forms of things seen from outside. It 'very important that poet"If a position on the word or image that he used or the form of what he sees are not limited by them, but into the light of what they reveal about the power and flood Them with a maximum invaded comes with their suggestions or even seem to vanish and disappear in the revelation, and a stadium, when his personality is lost in the vision or poetic imagination, inviting, like Blake, "feel".

In the poetry of Sri Aurobindo felt the need for "strongThe tradition of form, "which is the design principle, or, as Frye says, shows the" universal spirit of poetry. "And 'the organization of experience, the other side of the content, the way" a visible sign of inner spiritual reality. "It provides continuity of domestic literature, and expresses what is called" Beauty. "Like Edgar Allan Poe, Sri Aurobindo, the creation Supernal beauty, beauty that is beyond and above, through form and subject matter of poetry will. In SriAurobindo concept is the beauty of an effect and not a quality collection of soul and not the mind or heart. E 'shape, beauty, joy assimilated to write: "Beauty is Ananda takes shape", that joy is the spiritual principle of the structure of a poem to see the divine everywhere, bliss original existence, the beauty of life eternal in all things. Ananda is the essence of expression, or form.

Sri Aurobindo agree not intellectualism – the wealthImages and symbols without the corresponding character of the experience of ideas and feelings that are in spirit. The poetic vision of life is not a critical opinion or intellectual or philosophical, but a vision of the soul, the seizure by the inner sense. " The intensity of rhythm and word is important, but more importantly, the intensity of vision, the classic quality of "completeness" misappropriation, "the genius of a man," to use words of TS Eliot. Sri Aurobindo's spiritualitypoetic design is not something abstract, nor is it intellectually and philosophically, but living, housing and concrete and the use of images and symbols is inevitable that avoided the "straight path to abstraction." Formulated with the mind, images and symbols are the harmonization of the elements in the structure of a poetic work. Objects and ideas through the creative spirit left the symbol stands for something else, and beyond itself, as Kant points out in this eyeCritique of Judgement. The poet recognizes his images as an expressed very real and concrete for his spiritual vision.

The beauty of Sri Aurobindo points out, not only the dynamic quality of mythical language, but also his way mythopoeic as an index of cultural and spiritual development. Poetry on a symbolic act, as long as it is a means of spiritual elevation, the elevation of consciousness, the divine and the ideal increase and concentration of simple sensory experiencesTruth. The poetic imagination, citing Northrop Frye, "presents a vision, not of personal greatness of a poet, but something much larger and impersonal: the vision of a decisive act of spiritual freedom, the vision of the general population. " And 'archetypal, as it focuses on the motivations of all, spirituality, universality, consciousness and mythical view, symbols and images that has the soul of human culture, bringing the spirit of the universeand reveals the inner life, the essence of the eternal in the synthesis or harmonization of the vision of the poet: poetry as the imaginative projection of human desires in form and expression of the poet.

symbol of Sri Aurobindo in the ideal body's natural inner vision of truth or even an intimate part of this experience. It is not intellectual abstraction, but the local media for the expression of experience of things implemented internally. Induces inseeing and brings highThe sense of meaning to what otherwise would be just the ordinary perception of the world. He wants a "creative use of history and legend" and committed to a noble kind of poetry "with" the power to hold over the old figures and recreate, to lay them symbols of a new meaning to be. " His concept of poetry-spiritual intuitive, which is the direct product of a mental perception and vision stresses, making the whole image of himself to bring the beauty and power of thought andis one with life. Mixtures spiritual reverie the door poetic blends the personal and universal self-knowledge of cosmic knowledge.

Poetry is the rhythmic voice of life, but is one of the inner surface and not a cast. The creative use of interpretation of myths, legends and icons will open up new areas of visibility, new areas to be "simple and raw reality of life. Sri Aurobindo-drive the interpretative function of the poetic imaginationwhich is identical to the power of representation of images and symbols. He uses the myths of a relationship between antiquity and the present to manipulate, and even look like a symbolic device for self-knowledge and the emotions experienced in the process of intuitive perception. Evolving as a form of myth is part of the inner voice of the poet, as confirmed Lillian spring. Sri Aurobindo believed that the use of myths and legends of the world to us and to rebuildInterpretation of the reality behind the veil. He writes:

The poem, the unity and totality of our being and the nature of ratings
and the world, and God is not the reality of our earthly life of less
but more real and rich and full and wide, and living conditions for humans.

This expansion of consciousness is a feature that the process of the archetype, is expressed in a language true to his principle of the structure and its logic. There is no need for aSequence or topic-related mental or logical structure. What is significant and highly desirable "is the result of emotions and perceptions of their ideal logic of a hidden argued that the lyric, making it a perfect blend." The poet tries, the effect of eternal spiritual realities. What is the meaning of the mysterious aspects of life "is realized by Mallarme is the spiritual reality of Sri Aurobindo understood the poetic vision. The meaning of" eternity in words "is crucial for Sri Aurobindo poetry that the poet is treated as a voyant or seer, capable of, "he says imagined seeing and thinking" within the meaning of words and symbols as primitive in its derivation from the Vedas and special effects purposes.

Imagination has a new dimension to the material organization poetic mantra of Sri Aurobindo, which is the revival of a primitive phenomenon. Archetype is the formal cause. Life can through the assimilation of all that surrounds us "is all Divo …Life is a human being and a new spirit is moving towards achieving its totality and unity. "The idea, as the supreme mantra reveals intense form of poetic thought and expression Drinking archetypal concept, which sees the individual self, the self of man and the universe itself, intellectually. Beauty, reality, truth, or Ananda, are all expressions of the richness of experiences which he calls mantra. This is a penetrating and complete discovery in the realm of
Spirit throughthe instrumental use of the mechanism or supra overmind to see the truth helps, Vision: "Poetry is the mantra only when the voice of inner truth and is the highest power of rhythm and very speech that kept the truth." Mantra Vedic Sri Aurobindo attempted to show that poetry, even in its origin, symbolically, the Vedas themselves have a symbolic meaning that "their attitude towards an early warning system intuitive and symbolic"is a divine meaning in words and pictures, the sublime and the project poets "votes for the vision." The poetic works of the Vedic bards is not the result of a logical or aesthetic intelligence, but of intuition and inspiration. The myths were the images in their poetic discourse, very real and full of ideas and colors: "Image and myth have been used freely, not as an indulgent fantasy, but as parables of life and symbols of things that were very real, theirSpeakers …". Vedic ideals are still the feeling of infinity, can not be controlled if the literary sensibility expressed an infinite expansion and experiences of archetypal symbols.

The lever of poetic philosophy of Sri Aurobindo evolution (as Emerson Ascension ") or the passage of the soul into higher forms. The process of evolution of the soul or poetic creativity is not only the nature of myth – the myth that – but also a vibrant in the recovery ofthe conscience of mankind. Sri Aurobindo says:

The archetypal poet in a world of ideas, we can say that a soul is seen intimately this world and all the others and to God and nature and life of nature and is composed of its members an increase of creative rhythm and words -images expressive body language of vision has become, and great poets are those who repeatedly …. to a certain extent this ideal body

This extension of the imagination to a comprehensive levelresulting in immediate intuition of essences, which can contain Overmind, endows the poet Allen Tate with what he calls an "angelic imagination". It is a cosmic consciousness, a level of awareness, derived from where the poet, the experience of universal beauty, universal love and universal happiness can. Poetry shows human development and psychological motive power in words and ideas that constitute the aesthetic expression of his soul and spirit. Mere intellect can not be created if it is not poetryPulse from the spirit within.

The assimilation and the creation of the world to a symbol is what is proposed, man and nature combined the full experience of what is spiritual. poetic activity is what Emerson activity of the 'divine energy is called "the people, and three elements of Sri Aurobindo, go into the production of poetry: the original source of inspiration, the life force of creative beauty, bringing its substance and often determines the shape andSend external consciousness of the poet. If inspiration is "perfect," the form and content, rhythm, words – everything is automatically derived from the level of consciousness. The inspiration can be anywhere: the physical level that is greater or lesser importance of dynamic and creative intelligence, the level of dynamic vision, mental spirit, the spirit of enlightened, intuition, or consciousness rare superhuman That The ultimate source of mantras or intuition, with itsfeatures shades and nuances, not dismantled by the inner eye and inner ear. In true poetry, but the form and content of inspiration is to reproduce "exact". And 'the power of inspiration, which distinguishes between the poet and writer of verse. The poet can not be effective unless it has mastery of language and technology of poetic expression and rhythm. Poetry can come from any level of consciousness, but if he is alive, must come "from the ever-"Vitale, the" joy of expression of the psychic. "However, without the right to poetic treatment, the emotional honesty and poetry can not come to his readers. Complaint poem is based, is an art and a poet, an artist must be sustainable and the rhythm of the words but what is the perfection of form and content, without the "hardness and roughness or aggression.

The rhythm is of central importance in poetic expression. poetic rhythm or word-music reflects the "mentalEmotional experiences "and" internal ", the sound and feel that have a direct mind. As Ezra Pound, Sri Aurobindo was genius inclined to use quantitative meters from the Greeks. he points out that in ancient times were for quantities m 'expression and should be no need to rhyme, but modern languages support the use of rhymes, their metrical form. He does not appreciate modern poetry metreless, as it is ineffective in most of the poets, though he admits that it can succeed if it is the "essential quality, performance, movement, the old seal – which is the everlasting quality of poetry." Expression in a metrical form, according to Sri Aurobindo, is naturally creative vision and emotion: "It 's much more natural and spontaneous, then a non-metric, the emotion is expressed in better and more balanced than in a rhythm loose and informal. "rhythm of words and images are skipped basicformal unity convention in metric verse, which is his ideal, he adds, can be effectively used only by "a very skillful hand." He praises the "rhythmic beat and rhythm focuses the old man who still has not sold out. Experiments to revolutionize innovation in recent poetry at the basic method of poetic rhythm is not satisfactory, because they reveal the creative force," the power of essential artistic form and poetic beauty. "SriAurobindo says: "'an inspiration of language, and is a source of inspiration for the rate and the two should work together to get the backup of poetic perfection." Sri Aurobindo, as Ezra Pound believes in an "absolute rhythm, a rhythm that is poetry, which is exactly the emotion or shade of emotion to express.

One man, the pattern must be interpreted, and therefore the end of his own uncounterfeiting, uncounterfeitable. "Possibility of the soul of rhythm that is"behind the music and sounds of words and things, "is what is most important to master the art of metrical structure. He, however, allows for experimentation and added that" the technique from a "mental rule – for the object is not perfect technical elegance under the regulation, but the sound-complete sense of the word-meaning. If this can break the rules, good to be the worst for the rule. "

Apart from the rhythm and word-musicshould top inevitability of expression, namely "be an expression of perfect epitome convincing" is analyzed as follows:

Each turned in words, colors, images, emotions, sounds, words end in itself, for their beauty, attractiveness, abundant expression of luxury would, I think so ….. ucchvasa.

Sri Aurobindo pattern of echoes Longinus "the sublime", that the noble concept of power, the emotion inspired the creation of figures, noble diction isand the rhythmic and harmonic composition. Regarding the length concerns in a poem, Sri Aurobindo is one with Poe, and says, "length in a poem is itself a sin, for the duration of the filling – a long poem is a bad poem, a short work, intense , the mind can be pure lyric poetry …. must be very perfect for small, short and cautious, meticulous style and size. "Coleridge, too, almost thirty years before Poe argued that in Biographia Literaria 'poetry of any length, nor can itsnor should it be, all poetry. "

Sri Aurobibndo includes five kinds of poetic style: adequate light, efficient, inspires, and the inevitable, writes and simplicity as a solid basis for poetic style. He warns: "Even if one is too complex, subtle or clever is the need of inspiration, the basic simplicity of the custom of having a greater authenticity and power of it." Contrary to the opinion of Goethe, a poet should maintain the philosophy of his work, SriAurobindo, as WB Yeats, the poet's philosophy of freedom, but ask him to be "sure to be flat or heavy." For reasons of philosophy or spiritual thought, a poet should not sacrifice the essential poetic power to receive complaints from the implicit beauty in form. "A poem is a poem or a doctrine," and should be treated as such.

That critics of the workplace, after Sri Aurobindo, which he first take note of the spirit, purpose, main theme, from which a kind of artisticCreation begins and states that he must know the "art" of poetry. He must evaluate the work of a poet "by the creative and the power of truth, perfection and beauty of its presentation and told him." His criticism is charming and sophisticated and objective enough to see thought and power. He supports the objective and contextual approach. The critic must be able to eliminate everything that is incidental and ancillary "to the right appreciation of poetry. Sri Aurobindo seemssupport the spirit of Eliot's assertion that the emotion of art is impersonal:

E ', we can say that the user impersonal beauty creative in our response to the impersonal creator and interpreter of beauty in the poet, it is the spirit or the impersonal truth and beauty, trying to express himself through his personality, and is what their words and appears in his highest moments of inspiration to create.

The movement of the poem "The goalinternal, from inward to the spiritual … through the souls of nations and peoples "should have been" not so much about things outside the poem, but his mind and characteristic forms and patterns. "As the process of creative capacity of the mind itself is mysterious, the critics do not appreciate a book of poetry, without a spiritual feeling and sensuality. In fact, Sri Aurobindo in Savitri repeatedly to the" spiritual sense "for the discovery of truth. it is desirableis a fundamental change in the sensitivity and the development of an aesthetic archetype:

Aisthesis a fundamental and universal need, something more intense, that hears, sees and hears and answers in the depths of what lies behind the surface. A bigger, wider and deeper aisthesis that the answer may also enter into the transcendent order and feel independent of the transcendent or spiritual things of life, spirit and senses.

Sri Aurobindo seems to be agreement on somemodernist trends in writing and the study of poetry and in fact takes some of the following methods by modern poets. If the critic decides to compare one with another poet, which should not be blamed for the purposes of comparison "in his poetic excellence of each superioty to another through the light, but the reader an understanding of the poet.

In summary, at a time, the forests of England, and especially America, full of wolves more critical than theirliterary prize "of Sri Aurobindo views on literary creation, analysis and evaluation of major importance. It takes something to write poetry closely with the creative perception of meaning in the world, with emphasis on personal passion and inspiration and a penchant for symbolism and related historical consciousness. A poet derives his power from his brilliant vision, its appeal lies in his intellectual insight into the dynamics of humanity to involve a complete change of human naturechange the collective consciousness effect, as documented in Savitri. Like the novel, the poet Sri Aurobindo, an inner desire to live deeper, stronger, richer and with more awareness, Going off the beaten path for a new path must be done.

Sri Aurobindo in our time, restoring the independence of mind in "separate literary universe," as defined in the work of critical interpretation of a work of art, while the critic should knowwith the art of the past, to be able to provide a perspective on this, he must also demonstrate a kind of universal sympathy to be significant. In response to his idealistic-spiritualistic system, critics, though text-based and analytical, not synthetic-free component of perceptive criticism. "The real task of criticism," the philosopher-poet seems to claim, "not relevant judgments of works of art, but also provide insights on how an expert and informedPerson who has certain convictions, says the artwork is being debated. "Sri Aurobindo seems that the critical stance of interpretation with the actual experience (emphasizing the pleasure of bringing a poem online), which is a good sign for the vitality of criticism.
